SAFETY COMMITTEE

Safety Committee Email:  safety@twokingscasino.com

Purpose:  The Safety Committee Team provides an avenue for Workplace Safety.  The group is assigned to improve safety and going above the standard.  The facility is broad, but the focus is narrow, with the guidance and standards set forth by the facility and committee.

Goal:  To eliminate workplace incidents and illnesses by involving employees and managers in identifying hazards and suggesting ways to eliminate and prevent them from occurring.  This can be facilitated by reviewing incidents, identifying root causes of incidents, and suggesting ways to prevent future incidents.

DRESS CODE

We are putting the highlights of the dress code below to ensure a consistent message throughout the property.  Please note the following:

1.  Black plain long sleeve shirts can be worn underneath your uniform shirt if you are cold - NO jackets or sweaters over top of your uniforms on the Gaming Floor unless it is part of your uniform.  The departments that are issues jackets as part of their uniform are Facilities, F&B Cashiers/Utility and Security.

2.  No ballcaps/hats are to be worn on the Gaming Floor.  You can wear them outside, but they must come off when you enter Gaming floor.  Only F&B Cashiers/Utility workers (behind the food counter) can wear a ballcap which serves as a hair net.

3.  NO Tik Tok leggings or Yoga Pants!!  Black pants/dress pants and black shoes are acceptable uniform attire.

DRESS DOWN FRIDAYS:  Team members who have been approved to wear jeans, can wear blue or black jeans.  Jeans can't be faded or ripped.  Uniform shirts ONLY must be work with the jeans (no TWO KINGS T-SHIRTS with the jeans...this is not a uniform shirt).  Supervisors/Managers can wear jeans but an appropriate shirt (no T-Shirts) to continue to look presentable in front of guests.
